First Anniversary Weekend

Wow, we can't believe we have already been married a year! We have had so many new experiences this year, other than the whole being newly married thing, its been amazing. (I promise I'll write a post all about those adventures, but that's for another day.)

Even though our anniversary was technically yesterday, we decided to celebrate it on Saturday. We took advantage of the warm, sunny, gorgeous day and spent the afternoon lounging at the beach.
Fantastic weather...

There were lots of jelly fish in the water...
They were probably the highlight of his beach day.
The second picture is of a dried up one.

After we came home and got cleaned up, we headed out for our anniversary dinner. We headed to the Atlantica Restaurant in Cohasset. Amit had passed it on his bike rides and then did some research online. We ate in The Point, which was awesome. The floor to ceiling windows gave us this great view...
Amit ordered fantastic lobster and gnocchi dish, I had cod with artichoke hearts and tomatoes. His lobster was caught from a boat that was docked right outside our window. Awesome!! We were so excited to eat our food that this was the only picture I took. It doesn't look like we liked that meal at all!
On Sunday after church, we headed to one of our favorite beaches to have some lunch. Again, we were too busy eating to bother taking any pictures. At least we actually took one of the two of us.
So "Happy Anniversary" to us. We've had an awesome year and can't wait to enjoy what our second year of marriage brings. Thank you for being there supporting us through it all, we couldn't do it (or enjoy it) without our awesome family and friends!
